1. General Provisions
These terms regulate the use of lamiroc.com and orders placed with Lamiroc OÜ (registration code 17380509, address: Telliskivi tn 60a/5, Tallinn, 10412, Estonia).
2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€). For EU corporate clients with a valid VAT number, a 0% rate applies (Reverse Charge). For private consumers, standard Estonian VAT (22%) is applied.
3. Made-to-Order Production
Since each garment is produced according to custom specifications (selected color, size, logo branding), production begins after design layout approval and deposit/payment confirmation.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, texts, 3D configurator, and graphical elements on this website are the property of Lamiroc OÜ.
