1. Made-to-Order Nature
As Lamiroc OÜ operates on a made-to-order manufacturing basis, each technical parka or outerwear item is produced according to custom specifications (selected sizing, color combinations, and custom corporate or individual branding).
2. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
Due to the custom-tailored nature of our production, items manufactured to order are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with manufacturing defects or a discrepancy from your confirmed specification, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at Support@lamiroc.online or call +372 5885 5076. We will review the case and coordinate replacement or repair logistics.
