1. Custom-Made Garments
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, items manufactured to custom specifications (personalized tailoring, branded embroidery, custom sizing) are not eligible for standard returns once production has begun.
2. Defects & Non-Conformity
In case of manufacturing defects or discrepancies with the approved specification, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via email at Support@lamiroc.online or phone +372 5885 5076. We will arrange a replacement or defect correction at our expense.
3. Swatch Kits
Fabric swatch kits remain yours to keep for evaluation.
